Jared Tawzer
Our President boasts over 24 years of experience in the residential lending mortgage industry, consistently ranking as a top-producing loan officer in the Atlanta market while collaborating with the city’s foremost real estate agents. Recognizing a gap in the commercial lending sector, he brought his proven residential processes to this arena through a partnership with a longstanding colleague. He holds a degree in Art Direction/Advertising from The Portfolio Center/Miami Ad School in Atlanta, GA, graduating in 1999. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two French bulldogs, Remi & Louie, and maintaining an active lifestyle that includes travel and language study.

Adel Zahedi
Adel Zahedi is a seasoned financial professional serving as co-principal and underwriter at Standout Commercial Loans. After obtaining his BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, Adel launched his banking career at the Bank of North Georgia, specializing in underwriting commercial loans. In 2004, he founded Integrity Lending Group, LLC, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in lending.
