Bringing over two decades of experience in digital marketing and web development, Brady Louveau oversees the day-to-day operations of Standout Commercial Loans. Brady is also the Founder and CEO of Brady Mills Agency, one of Atlanta’s top-ranked digital marketing agencies, with a 20+ year legacy of delivering cutting-edge digital strategies and award-winning interactive design. Throughout his career, Brady has built a strong track record of helping small and growing businesses succeed through smart strategy, automation, and execution. In his rare spare time, he enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with his Maltipoo, Chloe.

Adel Zahedi

Adel Zahedi is a seasoned financial professional serving as co-principal and underwriter at Standout Commercial Loans. After obtaining his BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, Adel launched his banking career at the Bank of North Georgia, specializing in underwriting commercial loans. In 2004, he founded Integrity Lending Group, LLC, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in lending.

At Standout Commercial Loans, Adel is responsible for underwriting all SBA and conventional loans, ensuring the highest standards of financial diligence and customer service. Outside of his professional commitments, Adel enjoys reading, jogging, and traveling.

Bernardo Louveau brings extensive experience across finance, real estate, and mortgage lending, with a strong track record of helping investors and borrowers navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with real estate professionals, developers, and investors, positioning himself as a trusted resource for structuring deals and securing strategic financing solutions.

With a deep understanding commercial lending landscapes, he focuses on delivering streamlined processes, responsive communication, and results-driven outcomes. His approach is rooted in building long-term relationships and helping clients scale their portfolios with the right financial tools in place. Outside of his professional work, Bernardo enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and staying active.
