The team

Brady Louveau
President, Co-FounderBrady oversees the day-to-day operations of Standout Commercial Loans. He brings more than two decades of experience in digital marketing and web development. He is also the founder and CEO of Brady Mills Agency, an Atlanta digital marketing agency with a 20-plus-year history.
Throughout his career, Brady has helped small and growing businesses succeed through smart strategy, automation and execution. In his rare spare time, he enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with his Maltipoo, Chloe.

Adel Zahedi
Senior Underwriter, Co-FounderAdel is co-principal and senior underwriter at Standout. He earned his BA at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University. He began his banking career at the Bank of North Georgia, underwriting commercial loans. In 2004 he founded Integrity Lending Group, LLC.
At Standout, Adel leads underwriting on SBA and conventional files, making sure each one is complete and well prepared before it reaches a lending partner. Outside work, he enjoys reading, jogging and traveling.

Bernardo Louveau
Head of Operations & UnderwritingBernardo brings broad experience across finance, real estate and mortgage lending. He has worked closely with real estate professionals, developers and investors, helping them structure deals and find the right financing for complex transactions.
He focuses on streamlined processes, responsive communication and long-term relationships that help clients grow their portfolios. Outside work, Bernardo enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and staying active.
