Business Funding

Financing for the business itself — working capital, equipment, inventory, acquisition, and expansion — from $50,000 to $50 million and up.

We work across four tiers, and they’re genuinely different products with different lenders, timelines, and paperwork behind them. The table below routes you to the right one in about ten seconds.

Every program on this page requires an operating business with at least two years of history.

Small Business Loan Options

Small business funding — $50K to $5M

Most businesses that come to us land here.

SBA Business Loans carry the lowest rates available to most small businesses, starting at Prime +2%, because a portion is guaranteed by the SBA. Sizing runs $50,000 to $5 million, with the smallest tier closing in about 15 days. Requires two years in business and a 640+ credit score.

Business Term Loans close in one to two weeks when an SBA timeline won’t work. $50,000 to $350,000 over three to five years, 15–23% APR with a 5% origination fee. Requires three years in business and a 675+ score. Costs more than SBA, and that’s the trade you’re making for speed.

Institutional Funding

Large-scale & institutional funding — $1M to $50M+

These are capital-markets programs with institutional lenders. Sizing, structure, and timelines are meaningfully different from the small business tier above — expect 60 to 90 days and a full diligence process.

Commercial Real Estate Loans

Property financing

If the money is going into real estate rather than operations, you’re on the wrong page. See commercial real estate loans for purchase and refinance, or SBA loans for commercial real estate if you’ll occupy the building with your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Business Funding FAQ

$50,000, through either the SBA program or a business term loan. Below that, we’re not the right fit and we’d rather tell you now.

From about 15 days on a small SBA request or one week on an application-only term loan, out to 60–90 days on institutional acquisition and USDA financing. Speed and cost trade against each other on every program here.

Yes. Two years minimum for SBA programs, three years for business term loans. Institutional programs are underwritten deal by deal. We don’t have a startup product.

Not for the small business tier — SBA business loans and business term loans are not secured by property. Collateral may be required depending on loan size, but the SBA won’t decline a loan solely for insufficient collateral.

Yes, at two very different scales. SBA 7(a) covers acquisition on requests above $350,000. The institutional Acquisition Program handles $5 million and up.

640 for the smallest SBA tier, 675 for a business term loan. Credit matters, but time in business and cash flow coverage carry more weight on both programs.
