  • Reserves Can Stay in a Foreign Country – No requirement to transfer funds to a U.S. bank account.
  • No Debt-Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) Required – Flexible qualification options for investors.
  • First-Time Investors Allowed – No prior U.S. investment experience necessary.
  • Direct Down Payment Transfers – Funds can be wired directly to closing.

  • 70% LTV for purchases up to $1M on NO-DSCR loans.
