What we collect when you use standoutloans.com or work with us, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Who we are
Standout Commercial Loans (“Standout”, “we”, “us”) is a commercial real estate and business loan brokerage based in Atlanta, Georgia. We don’t lend our own money. We place your financing request with lending partners whose programs fit it. This policy covers standoutloans.com, our application and affiliate forms, our client portal, our website chat, and the emails, calls and text messages we send.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
- Financing request details: the loan program you’re interested in, property details and address, purchase price or value, loan amount, down payment, estimated credit score range, assets, business details, and anything else you tell us about your deal.
- Documents you upload through our client portal, such as tax returns, bank statements, contracts, rent rolls and entity documents.
- Affiliate applications: your licensing, brokerage, license number, website, bio and headshot.
- Messages you send us by email, text, phone or website chat.
Information collected automatically
- Device and visit details: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you and the date and time of your visit.
- Campaign details in the link you used, such as UTM codes, and the name of the affiliate partner who referred you.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see below).
We don’t ask for your Social Security number through our website forms.
How we use it
- Respond to your request, review your scenario and find lending partners whose programs may fit.
- Prepare and submit your loan request to those lending partners, and support you through underwriting and closing.
- Run the client portal, including emailing you secure sign-in links and notifying your loan expert when you upload documents.
- Contact you by phone, email or text message about your request or your account.
- Credit referrals to our affiliate partners and pay referral fees.
- Measure and improve our website, marketing and services.
- Protect against fraud, spam and misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
How we share it
We share information only as needed to provide our services:
- Lending partners. To place your loan, we share your request, financial information and documents with the lenders and capital providers we submit your deal to. Each lending partner handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers who help us run our business, including our CRM and messaging platform, secure file storage, website hosting, spam protection, analytics and website chat. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Affiliate partners. If an affiliate referred you, we may let them know that you applied and how your request is progressing. We don’t share your financial documents with them.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that Standout Commercial Loans may send you text messages about your financing request, your documents and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at 800-676-7020.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.
Consent to receive text messages isn’t required to work with us.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to the client portal.
- Remember the affiliate partner who referred you, for up to 90 days.
- Remember the campaign that brought you to our site during your visit.
- Understand how visitors use our site and measure our advertising, through tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Run our website chat and protect our forms from spam.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site, such as the client portal, may not work. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain our business records, and meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements. Documents you upload are kept with your client file for the same purposes.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted connections to our website, emailed one-time sign-in links for the client portal instead of reusable passwords, and access controls on stored documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Access, correction or deletion: email or call us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we’re required to keep.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
